Last updated September 3, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Ashlar Calls (“Ashlar Calls”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards information when you visit ashlarcalls.com, submit an application, or use our call delivery services. By using our website you agree to the practices described here.
01Who we are and how to reach us
Ashlar Calls provides live inbound call delivery to agents, agencies, and call centers. We act as a business-to-business service provider and are the controller of the information described in this policy.
Privacy questions, access requests, or deletion requests: support@ashlarcalls.com.
02Information we collect
- Information you give us. Name, business name, email address, phone number, vertical, licensed states, requested call volume, and any notes submitted through our application or contact forms.
- Call and routing data. Where we route calls on your behalf, we process call metadata such as timestamps, duration, caller region, routing destination, disposition, and, where lawfully permitted and disclosed, call recordings and consent records supplied by the originating source.
- Technical and usage data. IP address, device and browser type, referring URL, pages viewed, and interactions with our site, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
- Communications. Emails, messages, and notes from calls or meetings with our team.
03How we use information
- To respond to applications, quote, onboard, and support business partners.
- To configure call filters, route calls, bill for connected calls, and reconcile reporting.
- To monitor quality, detect fraud or abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
- To improve our website, services, and marketing performance.
- To send service and, with your consent where required, marketing communications. You may opt out of marketing at any time.
04Legal bases for processing
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on: performance of a contract (providing services you request), legitimate interests (operating, securing, and improving our business), consent (non-essential cookies and certain marketing), and compliance with legal obligations (recordkeeping and consent auditing).
05Cookies, analytics, and advertising
We use strictly necessary cookies to operate the site and may use analytics and advertising cookies (for example Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking) to understand traffic and measure campaigns. These tools may set identifiers and process usage data on our behalf.
Where required, we request consent before setting non-essential cookies and honor Global Privacy Control signals. You can also control cookies through your browser settings, opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, and manage ad personalization at Google My Ad Center. Google’s handling of data from our site is described in the Google privacy & terms.
We do not sell personal information for money. If our use of advertising cookies constitutes “sharing” or “sale” under U.S. state law, you may opt out by emailing us or using your browser’s opt-out preference signal.
06How we share information
- Service providers. Telephony and call routing platforms, hosting, analytics, CRM, and payment processors, each bound to use data only for services performed for us.
- Call sources and buyers. Call metadata and consent records are exchanged with the vetted sources that originate calls and the buyer receiving the call, solely to deliver, verify, and bill the call.
- Legal and safety. When required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of our services.
- Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
07Data retention
We keep application and account information for as long as we have a business relationship and afterward as needed for tax, accounting, and dispute resolution. Call metadata, consent trails, and recordings are retained for the period required to support billing, quality assurance, and regulatory recordkeeping, then deleted or anonymized.
08Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards including encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege permissions. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
09Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to opt out of targeted advertising or profiling, to withdraw consent, and to appeal a denied request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
To exercise a right, email support@ashlarcalls.com with your request and enough detail to verify your identity. We respond within the time required by applicable law.
10International transfers
We operate in the United States. If you access our services from outside the U.S., your information may be transferred to and processed in the U.S. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
11Children’s privacy
Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn we have, we delete it.
12Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
